RELEASE of LIABILITY and PHOTO RELEASE

As parent or legal guardian of the participant(s) you certify the child/children have your permission to attend and participate in all activities at the Kismet Kid's Snapper Derby on Thursday, August 21, 2025 (or rain date of August 22,2025).

You waive all participants, the hosts, sponsors and all other parties involved in the event from all claims and/or damages incurred in connection with this event.

You also grant unconditional right to use voice and photographic likeness of participant(s) in connection with any articles, press, audio/video production and online postings from this event.
