Arthur Lem spent his time fishing and teaching countless children how to fish at the Kismet marina and ferry dock.
The First Derby
After Arthur's passing in 1997, his son Warren along with close friends Bob and Ellen Ryan, Jack and Bobbi Baker thought the derby would be a great way for kids to learn the joys of fishing and also pay tribute to Arthur's legacy in Kismet
